Alina is the CEO and Managing Partner of The Radical Fund – an early-stage VC fund powering an inclusive climate transition in Southeast Asia. The Fund backs founders who are rapidly scaling adaptation and mitigation solutions to build climate resilience in the region and deliver commercial returns.

Alina is also the Co-Founder of Founders Factory Africa, the pan-African venture studio and VC Fund headquartered in Johannesburg and operating across all of Africa. Alina has raised over US$140million from LPs and investors for the Africa funds, which currently has over 60 companies in its portfolio and over 55 team members across the continent.

Prior to FFA, Alina led corporate partnerships at SPRING Accelerator, which scaled over 76 ventures in 9 countries across East Africa and South Asia. Before that Alina spent seven years at the World Bank, where she built collaborations with governments, corporations, and other multilateral development agencies.

Alina began her career in Australia working at two global companies of WPP Group across the Asia Pacific region, with global clients such as BP, Kodak, GE Money, and Fosters Group.

Alina is based in and works across Southeast Asia.
