Azis Armand was appointed as Vice President Director and Group CEO of Indika Energy since April 2020 and initially joined as Director in 2007. Currently, he also holds positions as Commissioner and Director of various subsidiary companies within Indika Energy Group.

Azis Armand has more than 20 years of extensive experience in Corporate Finance and Investment. He was previously employed as a Rating Manager at PT Pemeringkatan Efek Indonesia (1995-1997) and Associate at JP Morgan Chase (1997-2004). Currently, he also serves as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Indonesia.

He earned a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Indonesia in 1991 and Master in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, United States in 1995.

He is an avid sports fan, enjoys running and cycling, and watching movies.
